WoodCreek Development owned and did all the pre-development work for the master-planned community now known as Grayson Lakes. The property was sold to Newland Development Company, which is now completing marketing of the 475-home neighborhood.


Willow Lake Farms, also in Katy, is another example of WoodCreek’s pre-development capabilities. WoodCreek purchased and completed pre-development on the property, which was then sold to Ashton Woods Homes. Ashton Woods and Ryland Homes will build in this community; anticipated opening is Summer 2008.
