The Reserve at Park 10 - Plans are now complete for two facilities in Park 10 - a 150,000-square-foot Class A building and a 100,000- square-foot Class A building. The property is located in the Energy Corridor on a 5.5-acre parcel on the northeast corner of Broadfield and Park 10 Place, which is along I-10 between S.H. 6 and Barker Cypress Road. Construction of Phase I is now underway. This first building will house the company’s office when complete in late 2008. This building will have a parking garage, large floor plate and will incorporate glass into the design. Construction on the six-story Class A building (Phase II) will begin in the fourth quarter of 2008, with a summer 2009 finish date.
